Home Protection Insurance takes two months to process.
Be prepared to pay the full amount on the day you update the status.
Make thing easy by going to the CPF board fist before going to the HDB or banks to settle your house loans.


Bank Account irregardless of personal or joint account.
Next of Kin need to produce a lawyer's letter to close and transfer the money to their account.
Make thing easy by using the decease ATM card to transfer as much money as possible to your account before doing any reporting.

Other Assets
Public Trustee will manage these assets. For Muslim, you have get a letter from Syariah Court before you go to Public Trustee.
