She finally came back after 15 days in the holy city. I am so glad that she is alright.
Actually it suppose to be a 10 days trip but the tour agency screwed up and she was forced to stay for another 5 more days.

Got my self a S$69 wireless modem router from US Robotics. The installation is easy. The only obstacle is trying to understand the application of WPA and WPE.
To me, the main difference is that employers/upper managements in private sectors have an additional playing card that managements in public sectors don't have. Its the red "Fire" card that can be use 'at your own time own target'. Its a powerful card that can change a man's future.
Today I have two colleagues, one was asked to leave immediately and another was fired. Reasons are always the same.
To all working in the public sector, be thankful that you don't have to be on your toes every time and your superior don't have that "Fire" card or unable to use as freely as they want to. Be Thankful.

I happened to stumble upon the NS40 exhibition in Jurong East. With an extra time in hand, I decided to venture in. I was given a map and a quiz. I was told to use the map to search for the answers and complete the quiz. Well, I got a better idea. I thrown away the map and copied the answers from a kid. With a completed quiz, I got meself the green bag, note pad, bookmark and pen.
Looks Good Yeah!!...But deep down, we guys knows better how its really feel....

I found a hand phone when I took a cab.
My first instinct was to give it to the taxi driver. But what the point, the owner dont even know the taxi number. So I decided to keep it.
After the ride, I went through the phone a found two interesting things.
The keys were worn out but the sms inbox is full of unread 4D results.Secondly, the phonebook contain 5 contacts only and the names in chinese characters.
I really dont know how to contact owner.
I wished to return the phone to the owner but the owner never called back. I waited until the lines were cut off.

I unable to grind my wisdom teeth and drink the water. So I decided to bury my teeth together with my Fish. Guess what!! My Fish bones are missing! Who stole my fish bones? Damn thieves!
Now its the Final place for my Wisdom teeth. And please leave my teeth alone!!
Sigh. The most dreadful time of the year for me. I always got this problem with my 2.4km run. I got no problems running a 10km. but I got problem running my 2.4km. As usual, before the test, I start to feel nausea and stomach cramp. 800m later, my legs started to get stiff and ached. I had to hobble for the rest of the run. After 2km later, I decide to give up. No mood to continue. Someone told me its all in the mind. Sigh.

I thought of getting a new phone with better camera capabilities. Since I start blogging, I got this habit of processpictures. The current phone cant do snapshot because the picture taking process is very slow. Or maybe I should just invest on a new digital camera.
I already got a firm buyer that willing to take my phone for $200. But I still need to top up around $300 more for the new phone. What should I do?
a) Dont buy the new phone because I dont need it and it is a waste of money.
b) Trade in the current phone and buy the new one, so that I can take better and snapshot better.
c) Keep the current phone and buy a camera. But be prepare to carry the extra weight around in your pocket.

I saw this group of kids with their teachers along the linkway between Bukit Batok Bus Interchange and MRT Station. They were so cute with their animals hats, creating cute funny entertaining noises. I thought it was a fund raising activity, but I didnt see any donation boxes. Probably, it is an awareness campaign for the SPCA.

I feel so cheated when I saw my old bike on the road. I already paid and assigned a shop to scrap this bike, but they sell it instead.
The body was released from the mortuary at 1.15pm. It took us two hours to cleanse and wrap the body. I had my final ride with my beloved uncle to the mosque and to the burial ground. The funeral ended at 4pm.
The worst affected in the family is my aunt. My late uncle was the sole bread winner. Her main pillar had crumbled and the rest of her world is breaking apart. It is up to us to assist her as much as we can.
Let me share with you the conversation I had with my mom two days before this death.
I just had my morning shower when my mom called me. She told me that she had a strange dream. She dreamt that her upper right molar tooth was very loose and had the dream in the auspious period, just past midnight.
Based on our belief, when someone dream of a loose molar tooth, a member of the family is going to pass away.Upper tooth for male and lower tooth for female.
We paused a while and think who could it be. We end the conversation by suggesting that it could one of our old sick uncles in Malaysia. But now we know who is the one.
I felt death twice this week.
The first one was when the doctor injected a serum via my IV. I could feel the coldness crepting from my left arm to my head. I had a dreamless sleep. The next moment I found myself with mouthful of cotton. It remind me of the process when one is dying. The coldness starts from the feet and it wil move up to your head. Insaf.
Today, my youngest uncle passed away.It was a sudden death. I was told he passed away while relaxing on the sofa.Popular theories on the cause of the death are heart attack and choked on a cigarette. He is now in the mortuary, waiting to be autopsy. He left a widow and 3 sons. The eldest is still serving NS. The middle is in his 2nd year polytechnic. the yougest is a 5 years old boy. 
Amid the sadness in the house, this son is happily running around.
The stitches on my lower left gum cause my face to swell on one side... Fortunately there is no pain. Just swelling.
Today is a special day for me. I extracted the last 3 of my wisdom teeth. It was so exciting. I never been hospitalised before. So I got a lot of first time.
First-time wearing the hospital pyjamas.
First-time sleeping on the hospital bed.
First-time getting a General Anaesthetic
First-time being operated at.
First-time having an IV on my left hand.
It is so fun and exciting.
Later I will grind my wisdom teeth into powder form. Mix with water and drink it.
So I will become a wise man.
