On Tuesday, a gal resign after a few months of working with us. She felt that engineering is not her type of work and decide to do teaching instead.

Wednesday, another gal resign after working three days with us. She felt that the company is not good enough for her. One of her shallow reasons is, she wants a boss that the first to arrive and the last to leave the office without failed. My MD happens to reach office half an hour later than everybody and leave earlier to meet his appointments or fly overseas.

Today, a guy was fired for sleeping on the job twice.
