Sigh. The most dreadful time of the year for me. I always got this problem with my 2.4km run. I got no problems running a 10km. but I got problem running my 2.4km. As usual, before the test, I start to feel nausea and stomach cramp. 800m later, my legs started to get stiff and ached. I had to hobble for the rest of the run. After 2km later, I decide to give up. No mood to continue. Someone told me its all in the mind. Sigh.
Here are the results for rest of the stations.
Sit up per minute : 38 reps
Pull up : 9 times
Standing broad jump: 240cm
4x10m Shuttle run : 9.3sec
Revolver Shooting : Marksmanship

must be some fat lazy guy...there are a lot of them nowadays....
Looking at the PIX, it kind of remind me of my all time fav. kartun character.."SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANT"...wohoooo
